Good MPF Employer 2018-2019
In October, Hanison Construction Company Limited was awarded “2018/19 Good MPF Employer”, in recognition of the companies’ compliance with employer’s statutory obligations and provision of better retirement protection for employees.

In June, Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL) obtained “Construction Industry Caring Organisation” logo distributed by Construction Industry Council, to recognise our contribution of caring community. The logo scheme aims at promoting construction industry to fulfil social responsibility for building a harmonious society.
| | Safety Video Competition 2019
In May, construction of sports centre, community hall and football pitches in Area 1, Tai Po project under Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL) obtained Gold award in Electrical Installations Works category in “Safety Video Competition 2019” which is jointly organised by Development Bureau and the Construction Industry Council. These awards recognise our effort in promoting working safety at construction site.

In May, Hanison Construction Company Ltd (HCCL) was awarded“Caring Company 10 years plus ”from Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
| | Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme
In May, Construction of sports centre, community hall and football pitches in Area 1, Tai Po under Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL) was awarded 25th Considerate Contractors Site Award – Public Works – New Works – Gold Awards and Merit in Outstanding Environmental Management Award.
Mr. Leung Kong Sang was awarded Model Worker Awards; Mr. Li Wai Man, Simon was awarded Model Frontline Supervisor.
| | 2018 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence
In April, Construction of Public Rental Housing Development at Shek Mun Estate Phase 2 Project Shatin, under Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL) obtained Certification of Merits of construction industry category in “2018 Hong Kong Awards for Environmental Excellence”. This award recognised our commitment and performance on environmental management which was led by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) co-organised by the Environmental Protection Department and nine organisations.

In March, Hanison Group subsidiaries obtained numerous awards in “Construction Industry Safety Award Scheme 2018/2019” which is organised by Labour Department. Construction of sports centre, community hall and football pitches in Area 1, Tai Po under Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL) obtained “Building Site (Public Sector) Category – Bonze Award” and “Outstanding Performance in Work-at-height Safety Prize”. The awards scheme aims to enhance the working safety and health awareness among contractors, industry practitioners and workers.

In March, Construction of Sports Centre, Community Hall and Football Pitches in Area 1, Tai Po under Hanison Construction Company Limited received numerous awards in “The 14th Occupational Health Award” organised by Occupational Safety & Health Council. The project obtained “Best Presentation Awards – Gold Award”, “Joyful @ Healthy Workplace Best Practices Award (Enterprise / Organisation Category) - Merit Award”, “Prevention of Pneumoconiosis Best Practices Award - Innovative Improvement Measures Award and Excellence Award”, to recognise site’ s effort in providing healthy working environment.

In May, proposed construction of 30 classrooms Secondary School at Kai Tak and proposed construction of sports centre, community hall and football pitches at Tai Po under Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL) was awarded was awarded 24th Considerate Contractors Site Award – Merit in Public Works – New Works and Merit in Outstanding Environmental Management & Performance Award. | | Green Contractor Award
In March, 2 projects of Hanison Construction Company Limited (HCCL), namely Construction of sports centre, community hall and football pitches in Area 1, Tai Po; and Construction of a 30-classroom secondary school at site 1A-2, Kai Tak Development were both awarded “Green Contractor Award 2017 – Gold Award” by Architectural Services Department, to recognize our environmental performances. | | Construction Industry Safety Award Scheme 2017/2018

HKCA Safety Awards
In October, HCCL received the 2016 HKCA Proactive Safety Contractors Award. Mr. Kong Chun Sing, Mechanic Foreman, received 2016 HKCA Safe Supervisors Award and Mr. Kong Wing Kin Stanley, Senior Project Manager, received 2016 HKCA Safe Person-in-Charge Award. The awards was organised by Hong Kong Construction Association to recognise contractors’ outstanding safety performance. | | Good MPF Employer Award

In June, HCCL was firstly awarded Excellent Class of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) for head office in the Indoor Air Quality Certificate Scheme in 2016. In January, HCCL obtained the “Smoke-free Company” 2017-2018 from The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society, Kowloon. The “Smoking Cessation Program in Workplace” programme aims at helping corporate to create a supportive and encouraging environment in promoting smoking cessation in workplace, and raises awareness of companies to the importance of supporting staff to quit smoking | |

Considerate Contractors Site Award Scheme
In September, proposed residential redevelopment at Lok Lam Road, Fo Tan under Hanison Contractors Limited (HCL) was awarded Considerate Contractors Site Award – Silver in non-public works – new works (group B) and Bronze in Outstanding Environmental Management & Performance Award in non-public works.
Mr. Lam Hoi, General Foreman and Mr. Lai Wai Man, Foreman were awarded Model Frontline Supervisor Awards. In March, Fo Tan Lok Lam Road Residential Development Project under HCL was awarded Silver Prize in the Building Sites (Private Sector) Category and Merit Prize in Safety Team Category in Construction Industry Safety Award Scheme 2016/2017, which was the second time awarded in the scheme. Mainly organised by Labour Department, the award scheme aims of the scheme is to enhance the working safety and health awareness among contractors, industry practitioners and workers.
